The Family Photographer
A few weeks ago, I shot some awesome family portraits. The kids were perfect little angels and did whatever I asked (and they're pretty darn cute, to boot). In fact, I'd go so far as to say this is my very favorite family to photograph.
(Okay, so I might be a little biased because this is MY family, but everything I said above was true).
I really feel so blessed to live near my nieces and nephews and watch them grow. Just three and a half years ago, Gabriella was the show-stealing flower girl in our wedding and my nephew Michael was just a few months old. Now they've gotten so big seemingly overnight. We've since added Martina, my son Ryan and my nephew Nicholas to the mix. As the family photographer, it's a great honor to capture these moments for posterity.

A Special Birthday
Last week my grandfather celebrated his 85th birthday so we got together for a little celebration. I'm so glad that we live nearby to share these special moments, and that my grandparents can watch their great-grandsons grow up.
Here is my nephew Michael, who is quite a ham.
Ryan loves balloons. (He was sick, so he wasn't in the mood for smiling.)
This one cracks me up.
This is my 4-month-old nephew Nicholas.
